Marathon denim - Yay or nay

What I plan on wearing in tomorrow's planned marathon (if sucky Knee and Ankle let me):

Okay - your call: Marathon Denim - Yay or Nay?

Three for Thursday: three reasons why I love The North Face's Better Than Naked Shorts

1. Comfy: I'm not giving up on skirthood, but these shorts are seriously light-weight (compared to - for example - the Nike Tempo Shorts). Paper thin fabric. No bulky feel. Great fit and enough room for gels/keys/etcetera. The shorts have one zippered pocket in the back and two stretchy stash pockets.
Photo courtesy - The North Face

2. Fast-drying: Wore those running 22 miles on a treadmill - 22 sweaty miles. Yet they did not get soaking wet. At all. Stayed dry the entire time. No chaffing either.

3. Split: I like split shorts. The fit. The unlimited range of movement they'll give you. However, it's hard to find a good old split short these days. With a decent split on the sides. Somehow the Adidas and Under Armour just don't do it for me. The North Face has succeeded in creating an old-fashioned split short. Lucky me. :)

Two tiny 'meh' things to say about these shorts: they will set you back $50 (here) and don't come in a wide range of colors (like the Nike Tempo Shorts do).

Things I Love - Firedaughter Clothing

Have you heard of Firedaughter Clothing?

1. No. No? Where have you been hiding for the last couple of months?

2. Yes. Great, in that case you know how great these shirts are. :)

The Firedaughter tanks, shirts, sweat shirts, hoodies, etcetera are (i) too freaking cute, (ii) way cheaper than other running shirts, and (iii) great quality!

Seriously: 20 sweaty treadmill miles (32K), some crazy sweat, and no soaking wet tank. Not wet. At all. Get it? Halle-freakin-lujah.

So, if you are a total sweatfest like moi - go check out the Firedaughter Clothing website here. Come on, do yourself a favor and check. out. Firedaughter. Clothing. :)

Yay or Nay: Hitting the red carpet in your VFFs

Shailene Woodley hit the red carpet (Golden Globes) wearing...VFFs. And nope, she did not show up in her running gear. She wore a pretty dress, and paired it with her VFFs. How cool is that?

Check out the Huffington Post article on it here.

So, Yay or Nay? My opinion: I think she looks cute and the VFFs do not mismatch the dress. But that's just me. Feel free to disagree! :)

Three Things Thursday

1. Heartbreaking: I dedicated a post to Sherry Arnold earlier this week. She is still missing. Could you please show Beth from Shut Up and Run your support and like the Help find Sherry Arnold Facebook page?

2. Beans: Sport beans? Not for this girl. I've been playing around with my food intake on long runs, and am giving the regular Jelly Belly Beans a shot instead of the Sport Beans. Combined with energy gel, sandwiches and energy bars, they seem to do the trick and I have one tasty fueling plan. :) Are you a Sport Beans fan?

3. RelaxReflect: Safety first, huh? ;) Even if this means you look like a total goofball. I'm testing some RelaxReflect tights at the moment, and so far, I'm a happy camper. These are comfy and make you a heck of a lot easier to spot than in plain black tights. :)

Three Things Thursday

1. Oh Ryan: Okay, Ryan Hall rocks. Enough said. And Ryan Reynolds is pretty easy on the eye. Uh-huh. ;) So...you'd say that putting those two together would be a great thing. Well, think again. Am I the only girl out there that doesn't think this commercial is funny?

2. Text WIND OFF to 1234: Not sure what the weather is like in the rest of the world, but it sure is windy, and unseasonably warm in the Netherlands. And when I say windy, I mean WINDY. I guess headwinds make a great interval work out, right? Right? And since I'm already whining and b*tching about this - it's too freaking warm to wear a windstopper jacket. And too windy not to wear one. Okay, done complaining. Thanks for listening. ;)

3. Runner porn: SALOMON WILL HAVE THEIR S-LAB RUNNING PACK IN A 12 LITER VERSION THIS SPRING. Can you tell I'm excited? Hiding it well, huh? ;)

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Lululemon or LuluDemon?

A blog buddy forwarded me this article on Lululemon in the Huffington Post (it's from a couple of months ago): here.

Short excerpt from the article:

"It took only a year for Lululemon to step into an even larger controversy. In 2006, the firm rolled out a line of "Vita-Sea" apparel bags that it claimed were made with seaweed fiber, and had health and medicinal effects for consumers, including stress reduction, through the release of amino acids and vitamins into the skin's natural moisture. But skeptics, including the New York Times, decided to sponsor lab tests, which revealed that Lululemon wasn't just misleading consumers: it was lying. There was no seaweed of any kind in the bags the newspaper tested. There was no difference, in fact, between the Lululemon bags and other bags made of cotton - except that Lululemon's, of course, were a lot more expensive."

I don't own a single piece of Lululemon clothing - it's pretty hard to get your hands on Lululemon in the Netherlands, so I'm unbiased on this subject. Really curious to hear what your thoughts are on this subject. Please do share!

Doodling outside the lines - Zalando webshop review

This post might just be interesting for readers from the Netherlands/Europe, but does have something in it for all of you out there! :)

We all know the 'established' running gear webshops out there: Runningwarehouse.com, Rei.com, Lululemon, etcetera. For the Dutch readers this would be: Hardloopaanbiedingen.nl, Hardloopcentrum.nl, Run2Day.nl, and so on.

A webshop that doesn't have 'buy your running gear here!' written all over it (yet!) is Zalando. That's why I was extra excited when they contacted me and asked me to review their webshop and the brands they sell.

So, since I'm an official IceQueen (okay okay...bring on the jokes...), I ordered a warm baselayer for winter: the Columbia Heavyweight Baselayer - half zip.

This thing puts the T in Thermo. Warm and toasty.
The webshop

The Zalando webshop is easy to browse around in. When you're a trail oriented / mountain running oriented runner, make sure you also search under the brands tab. The Columbia, Patagonia, TNF and Salomon running gear won't show up when you click on the 'running gear' tab. So, if you'd like running gear from those brands, just search by brand. Worked for me!

The gear

Unlike most online running gear shops, Zalando doesn't stop at the usual brands (i.e. Asics, Nike, Adidas, Saucony, etcetera). They also sell Columbia, Patagonia, The North Face and Salomon gear. And that's pretty unique. I'm a fan - I love those brands! I think it's a huge plus that Zalando thinks outside the box on this one.

Ordering

Easy peasy. Just add the stuff you like to your cart, and fast forward to check-out.

Payment

Also easy peasy. They take Ideal payment and credit cards.

Delivery

Took a bit longer than stated. The shirt I'd ordered was in stock, but it took over a week to be delivered. Also, the track & trace option was a bit of a hassle.

All in all, I'm very pleased with the Zalando webshop and the number of brands they sell. Be sure to check out their website and shop around a bit! You won't be disappointed!

About that hair

The plus side of chopping of that waist long hair I was sporting:

1. Locks of love will make a rock star wig out of it. No doubt about that.

2. Less weight on the head.

3. Every single muscle in my neck area loves me right now. Uh-huh.

4. I no longer strangle myself in my sleep. (True story...)

5. Less. Shampoo.

However, there's also an 'okay this takes some getting used to' side:

1. I keep making the 'flipping your hair over your coat' move. But at the moment...my hair isn't long enough to 'flip'...

2. I keep using too much shampoo.

3. Brushing my hair... The strokes are a heck of a lot shorter. And it feels weird.

4. What the heck do I do with my hair for work outs? I used to rock the Lara plaid...but, obviously, that no longer does the trick. So, this weekend I experienced the joy of pony tails and sweat dripping off said pony tails. Yup. Luckily Paula came up with this brilliant idea - I did get some stares, though...

Friday Favorites - Oh, the joy of all the new Fall/Winter running gear!

Here comes trouble! Most of the companies selling running gear are getting their Fall/Winter 11/12 gear out there for us 'addicts' to drool over. A quick selection of my favorites (so far ;)):

Nike
1. Love the fun print on this long sleeve!

For sale here. Retails at $70.

2. Not too sure about the 'flattering' shape of these babies (part of me knows that even Leann Rimes will look like a hippo in these capris), but I kind of like them for not being the usual all black!

For sale here. Retails at $55.

Brooks

1. 'Run Happy'...need I say more?

For sale here. Retails at $32. $25.95 at www.runningwarehouse.com.

2. It's pink. And will keep my ears from freezing off. Sounds like a solid investment.

For sale here. Retails at $24. $19.95 at www. runningwarehouse.com.

Saucony
1. Their ViziPro tights are amazing! They provide that much needed bit of extra safety on early morning and evening runs!

For sale here. Retails at $65. $51.95 at www.runningwarehouse.com.

Salomon

1. If you only plan on buying one item of running gear this Fall, make sure it's this one. This jacket is worth the money. Trust me!

For sale here. Retails at $100. $74.88 at www.runningwarehouse.com.

Runningskirts

The new Runningskirts line (Fall/Winter '11/'12) is scheduled to be available in September. Check their Facebook page for a sneak peek of the new line. The new prints are adorable!

To all the European skirthusiasts: you can also order through their Dutch agent: http://www.hiphardlopen.nl/!

Redhead's delight - Moeben UV protective arm sleeves

I seriously believed that Runningskirts.com was the one and only love of my love.

But...along came Moeben. And their UV protective clothing. And now...Moeben has turned me into a polygamist (yup). Moeben is right up there with the Runningskirts.com skirts.

UV baby!

However, when this summery sun is out, I'm sticking with Moeben. I'm a natural redhead, and blessed with some seriously freckled and pale skin. Sunburn is my middle name. I literally had the sun leave me with blistered shoulders on several occasions. And yes, I do apply sunscreen. Apparently 'just sunscreen' won't cut it for this girl. Sigh... Sometimes I really do wish that I was born resembling one of those tanned surfer chicks... I'll just have to learn to live with that...

A little while ago Moeben hooked me up with a pair of their arm sleeves (among other things - seriously...amazing customer service!). In summer. Hmmmm... And this girl sweats a lot. Did not sound like a great plan to head out wearing arm sleeves... But...I caved and did try them on. In some seriously hot summer weather. And I was surpised to find that I did not feel the need to push them down to my wrists. Not even after 25 miles. And...no sunburn. At all! Halle-bleepin-lujah!

Ergo: I won't go out in sunny weather without these babies. I care about my freckled skin just a tad bit too much! And so should you! :)

Skirtastic

As for their skirts: comfy. Very comfy. Enough said. :)

Moeben skirts are a bit shorter than the runningskirts.com ones... Enough said.

Those arm sleeves are a life saver!

Bonus: Moeben has amazing customer service. And I like that. :)

Three Things Thursday

1. Double fun: Guess who pre-registered for Edinburgh Marathon 2012? Yep, moi, but also... Rebecca! Woohoo! Can't wait to check out those kilts together! :) I won't make you try Haggis, Becka, promise! ;)

2. I'm so vain: No, not really. Not at all, actually. It's just that I'll have to have some shirts at the printer, since I still hope on running one of the distances of the Swiss Alpine Marathon. But...mountain weather. I remember last year: it was freezing cold and raining the days leading up to the 2010 race, only for it to be perfect sunny mountain weather on the day of the race. So...tank top, short sleeve, long sleeve, maybe even a jacket. Not to mention what to have the printer print on that whole pile of technical gear.

Any ideas on a funny phrase to have printed on the shirts? :)

3. Merrell Pace Gloves: Will post a review soon, but for now...I love these shoes. I honestly couldn't have figured out that these shoes would be that comfortable! I even find myself walking around in these babies on Casual Friday at work, and I keep telling myself that that's okay. ;) My co-workers don't seem to think so. ;)

Any Pace Gloves' lovers out there? I'd like to add your thoughts on the gloves to my review!

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - The 'bike porn' edition

Anyone looking for comfy cycling shorts for cross training days? Stop looking!

I'm pretty sure that I have found the perfect pair of cycling shorts: I'm in love with my new Scott Limited bib shorts! Too freaking comfortable! It's like wearing a onesie without the 'awkward looks' part. I actually considered ripping the pad out of the shorts, so I could wear it for running. Well, we'd already agreed that I'm the mayor of Nutso Ville, right?

Plus, these babies are sort of flattering (if you could even refer to cycling shorts as flattering...), and might be the only shorts that won't make me look like this:

What's your favorite piece of gear for cross training days?

And yet another dress: Patagonia Running Dress Review

A couple of weeks ago I posted a review on the Moeben Running Dress. Love. That. Dress.

And nope, I'm not cheating on my beloved Moeben Running Dress, but I did try out the Patagonia Draft Dress. The dress retails for $70. The Patagonia website states that the dress is one step up from running naked. Oh yeah!!! :)

Trail Running Galore

The Patagonia Draft Dress is designed for trail running, as is the Moeben Dress. But, in my opinion, it works as great on the road as it does on the trails.

Fit

It's a flowy dress (that might have to do with the fact that I sized up: it's no secret that I'm not a fan of tight fitting running gear...). I like the not too tight fit. :) I wear a size Small in this dress. According to their sizing chart I should have gotten an X-small, to give you an idea of the fit. And this dress is comfy. Promise. :)

FYI: as with the Moeben dress...unless you want to go commando, I'd suggest you wear shorties underneath this dress. ;)

And I'm flashing my armpit again. ;)

Fabric

100% Polyester. Eco-friendly. Quick-drying. Plus, 15-UPF sun protection (Love. That!). The dress has polyester mesh panels on each side and on the back to keep you dry. However...it didn't exactly keep me dry. After a 10 mile run a couple of weeks ago, I was soaked. As in 'wet t-shirt contest' soaked. And it wasn't even a particularly hot day. And nope, my 'sweat level' wasn't higher than normal.

Don't get me wrong. This dress is comfy. And it looks cute. But - on me - it did get soaking wet on a short 10-miler. I would still wear it for shorter runs or on colder days (or when going for a walk or drinks: this dress looks cute!), though. :)

Review: Moeben running dress

This dress is something else.

No kidding.

[Warning: crappy phone pics coming up]

Abandoning skirthood?

I'm a running skirt kind of girl. Plus, it's no secret that I'm a huge fan of the runningskirts.com running skirts. However, I'm open-minded enough to try a different brand once in awhile. And - this time - I'm glad I did! (Not that I'm not a fan of the runningskirts.com products anymore: it's just that I realized that there's more great stuff out there! :)).

So, nope, I'm not abandoning skirthood. ;) But I can't promise you that I won't wear this dress on a huge portion of my long runs. :)

The fit

I send Moeben my measurements (size 2, 5'9''), and I received a size M running dress. According to the Moeben website their size M is a women's 2-4.

The fit is very baggy on me. See photos below. My waistline is somewhere underneath there. So, the first thing that came to mind after putting the dress on, was 'I should have gotten a size S or smaller'. Especially since the runningskirts.com running dress (the only dress I could compare it with) is pretty snug. (Keep reading, though!)

Told you so: crappy phone pic.

Yeah, I'm flashing my arm pit. I know. Get over it.

But...when taking the dress for a 10 mile spin (a.k.a. 6 miles on the road, followed by 4 miles of 15% incline hill work on the treadmill), the fit turned out to be ab-so-lu-te-ly perfect. For me, that is. :) I like the shirts I run in to be baggy. I don't like fabric being all icky sticky (that is a word.) around my waist. This running dress is nice and flowy. Loved the fit of it on a run in hot summer weather! :)

The dress has a little pocket on each hip. Will hold up to two Gu packets (but I suck at packing, so you might get more Gu packets into each pocket :)), and Ipod, house keys, etcetera.

Fabric

83% Polyester/17% Spandex. Plus, UV 50 protection. I like that! :) As for prints: I got the camo print. On the Moeben Facebook page I spotted several other prints.

Going commando

Well, obviously this running dress doesn't have built-in panties. I pair them with a pair of Icebreaker performance Pace Hipsters. Match made in heaven. :)

In love?

In love! This dress is everything I had hoped it to be, and more! Plus, Moeben's customer service is amazing. Truly amazing! Huge thumbs up for Moeben!!!

Three Things Thursday

1. The Feet: Black Toenails? Problem solved. Enough said.

The pinky toe on the right foot. Well...there's really no point anymore in drowning that one in nail polish. The nail is coming off in the most crumbly way possible...

2. Team Hole in the Wall at New York City Marathon fundraising: Thanks to Stichting Evellius and medisch-fit.nl my fundraising for Team Hole in the Wall got a huge kick in the butt. My original fundraising goal was to raise $3,000. This would cover the costs of one seriously ill child going to one of the Hole in the Wall camps. Thanks to Stichting Evellius, medisch-fit.nl and all your generous donations, I'm now up to $5,665. Needless to say that I now have my hopes set on raising enough money to cover the costs of two seriously ill children going to camp.

All these generous donations... I feel humbled, excited, happy, ready to jump around the room... Speechless.

3. UV protection: Hot spring or summer weather + trying to train for a 50-miler = spending lots and lots of hours outside. Add my natural redhead status to that (and the freckled pale skin that comes with that package), and, seriously, I need to be careful. As the Redhead pointed out a couple of days ago, freckles might look cute, but could lead to something far less cute. Not only us redheads out there, but every runner should be careful when spending so much time in the sun.

So, I've been looking into UV-protective clothing. I'm still on it, but plan on putting up a blogpost on it as soon as I've found enough info to make a 'ready to share' blogpost. For now: Runningwarehouse has a UV-protection tab that has some clothing in it. Plus, Moeben has very cute UV-protective running gear (Note to self: find retailer that is willing to ship Moeben gear to the Netherlands).

Three Things Thursday

1. The Feet: Black toenails? Problem solved.

Pink and red nail polish didn't hide the fact that there is a black toenail thing going on there. So, darkish grey nail polish it is! Très Chanel Summer 2009. As in a couple of seasons ago.

As for the pinky toe on my right foot... Well, let's just say 'silly me for thinking the toenail would come off in one piece...'. It's abandoning the ship in the most crumbly way possible as we speak. ;).

2. Team Hole in the Wall at NYC Marathon Fundraising update:
Thanks to Stichting Evellius and medisch-fit.nl and their incredibly generous donations, my fundraising for Team Hole in the Wall has gotten a huge kick in the butt! My original fundraising goal was $3,000: the amount of money needed to send one seriously ill child to one of the Hole in the Wall camps. Thanks to Stichting Evellius,
medisch-fit.nl and the incredible bloggers out there that donated on my fundraising page, I'm now up to $5,665. I feel incredibly happy, humbled, amazed... I honestly can't describe how excited I am! Thanks so much! Means the world!

Needless to say that I now have my mind set on trying to raise $6,000! It would be amazing to raise this amount of money and to give two seriously ill childeren the opportunity to go to one of the Hole in the Wall camps!

3. UV protection: I'm a natural born redhead. The freckled skin comes with the package. As the Redhead pointed out a couple of days ago, freckles aren't 'just cute'. They could transform into something far less cute. Yeugh!

So, since the thought of skin cancer scares the sh*t out of me and the 'just slapping on sunscreen approach' won't cut it for this girl, especially not when out there on a long run (or, in the 'training for a 50-miler' plan, really long runs), I could use a bit of extra help. UV-protective clothing it is.

Runningwarehouse has a 'UV Protection' section on their website that has some cute looking shirts and shorts. Plus, Moeben has super cute UV protective arm sleeves, skirts and shirts (fingers crossed that I will someday find a way to make a retailer ship Moeben gear to Europe...).

I'm still looking into it, but will turn it into a blog post when I have collected some 'ready to share' info.

In the meantime: please share any 'UV protective running gear' info!

Three Things Thursday

1. Fundraising for Team Hole in the Wall: As you've probably already noticed I'm raising funds for Team Hole in the Wall (and picked Team Hole in the Wall as the charity of my choice for the New York City Marathon '11 - fingers crossed that nothing will keep me from showing that marathon who's boss...). When I came home from work yesterday, and checked my mail, there was a letter from a Dutch Stichting called Stichting Evellius, that said that they are willing to sponsor the costs of one child to go to one of the Hole in the Wall camps. I'm beyond happy because of this, and feel humled by their generosity. I can't thank them enough!

2. Playing footsie: The toes... What can I say? Well, the toes are still behaving like a naughtly little 3-year-old. Yesterday the podiatrist worked on my left 'big' toe. She squeezed some kind of fabric underneath the toenail to prevent it from growing in. If this doesn't work, she'll have to place some kind of braces on the toenail. Sounds painful. However, the toe isn't any less annoying. I have to check in with the podiatrist in 2 weeks.

The pinky toe on my other foot is somewhat less annoying. Or, it was somewhat less annoying till I accidentally popped the blister yesterday morning, and now it's back to looking like a gross pinky toe again.

And then there's the second toe on my left foot (the one next to the 'big' toe - does that make sense?): that one is truly bugging the heck out of me. When I wake up in the morning it's okay, but at night or after a run it manages to work it's way up to being 1.5 times its original size. Huh? It doesn't really hurt though, just a bit of a sore-ish feeling going on there. No clue, no clue at all. If it doesn't feel better in a week, I'll check with my GP.

3. Running shoes: My beloved Asics GT-2160's (2A width) felt heavy and bulky on last night's run. It was the first time that they felt heavy on my feet. Weird. My Asics are my go-to shoes for long runs (14+ miles / 22+K), since they have good pronation control (at least, in my opinion), and that's just what I need when I get tired at the end of a long run. Plus, they come in narrow widths and still have a large toebox. Could the 'heavy' feeling be caused by the barefoot running I've been adding to my schedule lately? And to the shorter runs I've been doing in Newtons? Do you have any recommendations on lighter shoes that have good pronation control and are narrow or come in AA width?

Deco my Eco - Eco-friendly running gear

How eco-friendly are you? Where do you draw the line? What's one thing you wouldn't trade for an eco-friendly alternative?

Well, that thing doesn't have to be cute running gear. At least, in my book it doesn't. Last night I spent some time on the internet researching eco-friendly running gear. And guess what? There's a lot of cute stuff out there! Here's a list of great websites to check out!

Gaiam: Mainly Yoga gear, but they have some shirts/shorts/tights that look like they could be great for running.

Atayne: Short/long sleeves only (at least, I couldn't find bottoms on the website). For example: shirts made from 100% recycled water bottles. I like that idea!

Patagonia: I blogged about their running dresses a couple of weeks ago here. Patagonia is known for its eco-friendly products and has high quality cute-looking gear!

Lululemon: Has some eco-friendly running products. Check the product specs to find out whether or not the product you like is eco-friendly.

Golite: Nice looking website and their running gear looks great! I love the colors on their Tilly Jane Run Skirt.

Moving Comfort: Has some eco-friendly running products. For example, an eco-friendly running skirt. Check the product specs to find out whether or not the product you like is eco-friendly.

Moeben: Has an eco-friendly line. Their bamboo arm sleeves are beyond cute. Hard to find online retailers that have a wide selection of Moeben products, and ship to the Netherlands. :( Especially since I would so love to try out the Moeben shirts and dresses.

Rei: Has an eco-friendly 'tab' on their website that shows you the eco-friendly products on their website.

Do you have any websites/companies to add to this list? Please share!

Something different - Patagonia running gear

The North Face, Salomon Running, Runningskirts.com and Nike - my running gear of choice. Can't go wrong with these brands. Although, I'm not a huge fan of Nike tees and long sleeves. On the other hand, I hopped around in their Tempo running shorts for most of this winter (over long tights...obviously).

I'm pretty loyal to the brands I love. As soon as I've found something I like, I'll hang on to it for dear life. Simple as that.
However...a girl can always add brands to the list, right? Yup, she can. :)

Patagonia trail running gear

So, guess what I came along spending too much time on the internet last night in my search for cute non-black trail running gear:

Patagonia Women's (Trail) Running Gear

Check out that website. Seriously, do yourself a favor, and click on the link.

Why? Well...one reason to check it out is because Patagonia sells these:

Women's Draft Dress - $65 - Patagonia states 'it's one step up from running naked'. For a girl that likes to go commando in her running shorts, this might very well be heaven in a dress. (Also available in 'Storm' (grey-ish) and 'Cerise').

Women's AllWeather Dress - $55 - The Draft Dress has mesh panels, the AllWeather Dress doesn't, but it still looks perfect for hot weather runs. Also, I like the style of the dress. (Also available in Black and Red).

Of course, the running dresses aren't the only thing on the website. They have shorts, tights, vests, jackets, tees, etcetera. And although it says 'trail running' gear, you could very well use it for non-trail running - at least, in my opinion.

Let's get technical

Yep, no cotton here. All Patagonia running gear is made out of high quality technical fabric. But then again, Patagonia has been in the outdoor clothing and outdoor gear business for years. They know which fabrics work when you're out there on the trails. :)

I just love the fact that Outdoor brands like The North Face, Salomon and Patagonia are using their expertise to create high quality running gear. Thumbs up! :)

Now...if I could just find a retailer that is willing to ship that Draft Dress to the Netherlands for me to try it out. ;)
