Migraine Monday
Since today literally turned into Migraine Monday (ouch!), I'm not really up for typing a long post today. Luckily, it's a rest day.

@ Amanda: I do not like migraines; don't have them often, but OMG do they make you feel terrible. I'm on Zomig. All this anti-migraine stuff makes you a bit jiggly on the legs. :( Hope you feel better soon!

A runner in New York - and I've totally forgotten where he wrote about this - blogged about how he thought that allowing children into races like that, for the last few feet/yards, was rather demeaning to the rest of the participants by making the race much less serious. Interesting point, but I'm not sure how I feel.
get well soon! Maybe an easy run tomorrow evening? Think about skipping the interval :(

How adorable! I'm sorry about your migraine. I get those too from time to time. I've injured my neck and shoulders in the past, and they cause bad migraines and headaches.
