It is a great running song! lol I had it on my playlist for my past race and I'm pretty sure I've done a few interval workouts where I listened to it 635 times :D
OK this is the song that is going to get me into the pool for some descending 100s. I have been procrastinating but I think this song 'swimming' around in my head OVER and OVER will get me to and through the pool workout.
