Wordless Wednesday

Weather Forecast for this Sunday's marathon in Paris:

22 degrees Celsius / 72 degrees Fahrenheit

I'm starting to worry now. This redhead doesn't adjust to or do well in warmer weather. Enough said.

Salt tabs, anyone?

Just make sure you wear a breathable hat, sunglasses and a cool top. And of course lots of water! :) how exciting to be running in paris! Also, love the photos of you and your dogs. Where would you by a waist leash like that? I'm starting to run with my dog more but i hate holding the leash.

@ Morgan: Thanks! :)

@ Jamie: Thanks! :) Look for Canadog canicross gear or ZeroDC canicross gear (my pick) on the internet, and I'm sure there will be a supplier that will ship to the US! :)

Thats a bit warm! Hopefully it will be much cooler in the morning when you are actually running. Drink lots of water and you will stick rock it!

Hey, at least it's not 80 degrees and thunderstorms...that's what I've got coming! Baaaahhh! I'm banned from looking at weather.com until the night before the race!

Urgh, I so feel your pain.

My trick is to practically drown myself the day before when I've got a toilet handy and then the day of, I do the electrolyte tablets because I'm one heavy sweater.

I can't even comprehend 72. My last 5 races have all been sub 40 degrees. And even with those temps, I run in a tank and skirt. I use nuun :D
